We want to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. If a teaware item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly offer a replacement if returned within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges, replacements, returns, or refunds after 7 days of delivery. You have 7 calendar days to request a refund on a service or return a product.

To be eligible for a refund on a service, you must first contact us with the reason you are not satisfied and why you would like a refund. We will decide if your motivation is valid, and no other alternatives can be arranged.

We cannot accept returns of any items that have already been used.

We only accept regular priced items that may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


My order arrived damaged.

Please inspect the contents of your order promptly upon receipt; while we package our orders as securely as possible, damage can occur during transit. If your order arrived damaged, we suggest you email info@taishanteaclub.com.au us within five days of delivery. We will ask that you provide images of the damage. After verifying, we will ship you a replacement and file a claim with the carrier. We recommend keeping the original items and packaging in your possession until the claim has been processed.

 

My package is lost/did not arrive. 

If you suspect your package is lost, please get in touch with us immediately. If your package is lost, we will ship you a replacement and file a claim with the carrier. Please note that it may take 1-2 days for tracking information to become available after we ship a parcel, and this delay is usually not an indication that it is missing. Occasionally, packages that have been marked as delivered take an additional 1-2 days actually to arrive.

 

My delivery failed / "return to sender".

"Return to sender" errors occur when the provided shipping address is incomplete or otherwise improperly formatted or if the recipient no longer resides at the address / no one is available to receive the package. Packages marked as "return to sender" will be returned to us by the original carrier. If delivery of your package fails and is marked "return to sender," we will be happy to re-send your package for a fee once it is returned to us.

Please note that our shipping labels are automatically generated using the shipping address you provide at check out. We cannot cover any costs associated with re-sending your package.

 

My package was sent to the wrong address.

Our shipping labels are automatically generated using the shipping address you provided at check out. If your package is sent to the wrong address, this indicates that the address was entered incorrectly at check out. We can not provide an exchange, replacement, refund, or return in this type of situation.

For this reason, we ask that you carefully review your order information before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please email us at info@taishanteaclub.com.au as soon as possible during our business hours to correct the mistake. Daily, 10:00am - 5:00pm

We work to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible; Once your order is dispatched from our store, we are not liable for any return shipping costs associated with editing/cancelling/reversing your order. 

 

My mind changed

Please send us an email with your order number to info@taishanteaclub.com.au. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. The sending delivery fee would be deducted from your refund.  

 

How a refund will be process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request or return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. You will receive the credit in a certain number of days, depending on your bank's policies.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund in more than 10 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To change information(change location) or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@taishanteaclub.com.au in 24 hours:

We work to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, and cancellation requests received by email may not be reviewed in time to cancel the fulfillment of your order.

Once your order is dispatched from our store, we are not liable for any return shipping costs associated with cancelling/reversing your order and (per our return policy) may not be able to offer a full refund depending on the items in your order.
